IBS conducts a two year campus-based PG Program and one year Executive PG Program to provide knowledge and skills, both functional and integrative, in the field of business with emphasis on leadership, entrepreneurship and ethics. The curriculum of the MBA Program of the ICFAI University, Dehradun is designed to provide contemporary knowledge and skills, both functional and integrative, in the field of business with emphasis on leadership, entrepreneurship, ethics and governance and meant for private candidates. IBS is neither affiliated to ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand nor is it its study center.

IBS has developed a strong, active and growing interface with industry. IBS invites experts from industry to deliver guest lectures, and to serve as members of the advisory boards at different IBS campuses. Case studies on many Indian and international companies are extensively used at IBS to simulate business realities in the classroom.
